Notice to Permanent Officer. ‌ The District shall give written notice prior to imposition of disciplinary action for proposed termination, demotion, and suspensions of five (5) days or more. For suspensions of less than five (5) days or transfers for purposes of discipline, written notice shall be given upon the Officers return to duty or upon the effective date of the transfer. No written notice of proposed action shall be given for an admonishment or reprimand. The "Notice of Proposed Action" shall contain the following:
