Common use of Notice to the Association for Required Meetings Clause in Contracts

Notice to the Association for Required Meetings. In the case of a required meeting, a written notice shall be sent to an Association officer as soon as the date and time of the meeting are established. If the meeting is to be held in less than 24 hours after said written notification, personal contact with an Association officer is also required. The notice shall state the name of the unit member, the building, and the time of the appointment.
