Notices and Statutory Requirements. (a) The Tenant shall display any notices which the Landlord reasonably requires the Tenant to put up at the Premises and shall notify the Landlord, immediately and in writing, of any defect in the Premises for which the Landlord may be liable or have a duty of care under this lease, the Defective Premises Act 1972 or otherwise.
