NOTICES; ENGLISH LANGUAGE. Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in Sections 7.1(a) and 7.1(c), all notices and communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing and sent (a) by telecopy if the sender on the same day sends a confirming copy of such notice by a recognized international commercial delivery service (charges prepaid), (b) by a recognized international commercial delivery service (with charges prepaid), or (c) with respect to notices to a Purchaser or holder, unless such Purchaser or holders otherwise notifies the Company, by e-mail to an e-mail address provided by such Purchaser or holder to the Company from time to time.
