Notices of Meeting. The Sub-Adviser is not required to dispatch to the Adviser any notice of meeting relating to any person, company or unit trust in which the Asset is invested.
Notices of Meeting. Written notice of every meeting of the Certificate Holders shall be given by the Trustees, which written notice will set forth the time and place of such meeting and in general terms the action proposed to be taken at such meeting, and shall be mailed not more than 40 or less than 20 days before such meeting is to be held to all of the Certificate Holders of record not more than 10 days before the date of such mailing. No business not specified in the notice of a special meeting shall be considered at the meeting.
