Notices to New Employees. The Agency will notify each newly employed member of the bargaining unit of representation by the Association. Time shall be provided at each new employee orientation so that the Association may distribute to each employee a copy of this Agreement and copies of the Association membership material. The Association will be allowed a reasonable time during initial employee orientation for explanation of Association benefits and bargaining representative matters.
