Notification and Evidence Required. (a) The Employee’s entitlement to sick leave is conditional on the Employee notifying the Employer as soon as reasonably practicable of any illness or injury that will cause the Employee to be absent from work, unless the Employee cannot comply due to circumstances beyond his/her control. The Employee is requested to provide this notice at least 30 minutes prior to his/her absence.
