An employee shall give written notice to human resources, per procedure outlined on the School District’s website, requesting a parental leave of absence at least three (3) calendar months before the beginning of the requested leave or within 24 hours of receipt of notice of the arrival of an adopted child, if notice is received less than three (3) calendar months before the leave start date.
