Notification by Employer. When an employee is unable to report to work, he shall notify his immediate supervisor, or other designated person, three (3) hours before the time he/she is scheduled to report to work on each day of absence, unless emergency conditions make it impossible, or other arrangements have been made in advance with the supervisor.
