Notification of Future Employers. During the Restricted Period, the Employee agrees to notify future employers of the existence of this Agreement and further agrees that the Company may do the same.
Notification of Future Employers. Executive agrees to notify any of Executive’s actual or prospective employers of the existence and terms of this Agreement and agrees that the Company may notify such employers of the terms of this Agreement as well. In making such disclosure, Executive shall only disclose the contents of Sections 8 and 9 of this Agreement.
Notification of Future Employers. Between the Date of Termination and the end of the Restricted Period, the Executive shall notify any subsequent employer, or person or entity that engages the Executive as an independent contractor, of the existence and terms of this Agreement. The Executive expressly consents to the Company providing notice of this Agreement at any time to any subsequent employer of the Executive, or person or entity that engages the Executive as an independent contractor.
Notification of Future Employers. Executive agrees that Executive will inform AIMCO of the name and address of any and all persons or entities through which Executive may participate or engage in (as an employee, principal, 5% or greater shareholder, partner, consultant, or any other capacity) during the one-year period following Executive’s termination of employment with AIMCO. Executive understands and agrees that, for the one- year period following termination, AIMCO may reveal the terms of this Agreement to any actual or prospective future employer of Executive to put such employer on notice of the terms of the Agreement or to request from such employer information necessary to enforce such terms. Executive understands and agrees that, for the one-year period following termination, Executive must notify actual employers of any and all limitations on Executive’s employment activities under the provisions of this Agreement.
