If the Distributor or Retailer discovers any interference or damage to the other party's equipment or the Consumer's Installation, or evidence of theft of electricity, loss of electricity or interference with the Network, the discovering party will notify the affected party as soon as it is practicable to do so.

The Retailer will notify the Distributor of any other incident or matter that the Retailer has actual knowledge of, or that the Retailer ought to have knowledge of acting in accordance with Good Electricity Industry Practice, which could have an adverse effect on the Network or the supply of electricity to or from the Network.
