If the Trader becomes aware that a Customer's Installation does not comply with the Network Connection Standards, the Trader must notify the Distributor of the ICP identifier of the Customer's Installation and the details of the non-compliance as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the non-compliance. The Distributor must promptly investigate the non-compliance and keep the Trader informed of the actions taken to resolve the non-compliance.
