Notification of Referral Agencies. DCF and DCF Contract Agencies shall notify in advance all agencies to which each refers its deaf or hard-of-hearing Customers or Companions for additional services of the person’s requested auxiliary aid or service. DCF and DCF Contract Agencies shall document within the Customer’s Auxiliary Aid/Service Record or Customer record, respectively, a statement indicating DCF or DCF Contract Agency notified the referral agency of the Customer’s or Companion’s requested auxiliary aid or service in accordance with Section G.8.
