NOTIFICATION OF REINSURANCE. A. For Automatic and Facultative Reinsurance, the Ceding Company will notify the Reinsurer on the monthly statement as described in Article V.
B. When reinsurance is reduced or changed, the Ceding Company will notify the Reinsurer on the monthly accounting statement.
NOTIFICATION OF REINSURANCE. Within thirty-one (31) days after the end of each calendar quarter, Cedent will send Reinsurer an in force listing of all Covered Policies reinsured under this Agreement.

2. For facultative reinsurance, promptly after our liability for insurance has begun on the individual risk, we will prepare and send you a "Reinsurance Cession Card", Exhibit I. You will complete the "Reinsurance Cession Card" and return one copy to us.
3. When reinsurance is reduced or changed, we will notify you on the quarterly accounting statement or we will send you an amended "Reinsurance Cession Card".

NOTIFICATION OF REINSURANCE. All offers of reinsurance made by the REINSURER will automatically terminate one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date on which the offer was made, unless the REINSURER has extended the offer in writing for a further period.
