Common use of Notification of Results Clause in Contracts

Notification of Results. (a) The Compensation Office shall prepare an Evaluation Report and simultaneously notify the incumbent(s), YusApuY and the designated manager in writing of the results of the evaluation meeting no later than ten (10) working days after the Joint Job Evaluation Committee has reached its decision. The Evaluation Report shall include individual evaluation factor levels assigned, total points, band level, effective date, the department/faculty and the job title.

Following completion of the evaluation process, the Employer shall prepare a job summary identifying the major duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position.
