(b) Metering Charge — Any such charge may recover only the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s costs and expenses associated with operation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and carrying or capital replacement charges for any Metering Equipment that is owned by the Interconnected Transmission Owner. (c) Telemetering Charge — Any such charge may recover only the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s costs and expenses associated with operation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and carrying or capital replacement charges for any telemetering equipment that is owned by the Interconnected Transmission Owner and that is used exclusively in conjunction with Interconnection Service for the Interconnection Customer.
