FERC Filings. To the extent required by law or regulation, each Interconnection Party shall seek FERC acceptance or approval of its respective charges or the methodology for the calculation of such charges. If such filing is required, Transmission Owner shall provide Transmission Provider and Project Developer with appropriate cost data, schedules and/or written testimony in support of any charges under this section in such manner and at such time as to allow Transmission Provider to include such materials in its filing of the Generation Interconnection Agreement with the FERC.
FERC Filings. The Borrower shall submit an annual informational filing to FERC that will include annual updates providing a detailed accounting of transfers between CWIP and “Plant in Service” consistent with the electric plant accounts detailed in FERC’s Uniform System of Accounts, as required by paragraph 59 of the hearing order in Docket Xx. XX-00 000, 000 XXXX ¶ 61,219 (2007), and will otherwise comply with any other requirements imposed by FERC in such order.

In the event of a conflict between any provision of this Agreement and the Tariff, the provisions of the Tariff shall control.
FERC Filings. Following the Effective Date, on or about June 21, 2001, the Parties shall jointly file with FERC a fully executed copy of this Agreement in accordance with FERC regulations at 18 CFR § 385.602.
