Notification of Results. The Employer shall notify the incumbent(s) and manager in writing of the results of the rating meeting no later than ten (10) working days after the Joint Rating Committee has reached its decision. Such notification shall include individual factor levels assigned; total points; salary level; effective date, if applicable; the department/faculty; and the job title.
