Notification of Schedules. a. Management will provide as much advance notice of employees schedules as possible. Employees will be notified of their work schedules at least two weeks in advance of the administrative workweek. In accordance with 5 Code of Federal Regulations, 610.121 (a), when the EMPLOYER determines that the EMPLOYER would be seriously handicapped in carrying out its function or that costs would be substantially increased, notification of less than two weeks will be permitted. A copy of any work schedule changes will be provided to the UNION. The method by which employees are provided and/or made aware of work schedules is a subject appropriate for a LSA. b.
