Notification of Step-In. If Clause 19.1 (Reasons for Step-In) applies and the Authority wishes to take action, the Authority will notify PPP Co. in writing giving details of the following: the action it wishes to take; the reason for such action; the date it wishes to commence such action; the time period which it believes will be necessary to carry out such action; and to the extent practicable, the effect on PPP Co. and its obligations to provide the Services during the period such action is being taken. Required Action Following service of such notice, the Authority will take such action as notified under Clause 19.2 (Notification of Step-In) and any consequential additional action as they reasonably believe is necessary (together, the “Required Action”) and PPP Co. will give all reasonable assistance to the Authority while it is taking the Required Action.
Notification of Step-In. 29.2 If either clause 29.1.1 or 29.1.5 applies and the Council wishes to take action under this clause 29 the Council's Authorised Representative shall notify the Partner in writing that unless the Partner rectifies, makes good or otherwise resolves the issues identified by the Council in such notice (the Council Warning Notice) within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of that notice by the Partner (or any other timeframe as the Council reasonably sees fit taking into consideration the circumstances and the nature of the risk), the Council shall take action under this clause 29.
