  • Union Officials 1. The Union will notify the Company in writing of the election, appointment, or removal of Union shop xxxxxxx(s). The District Lodge will notify the Company in writing of the Committee members at that location.

  • Officials 1. The Registrar shall, when engaged on the business of the Tribunal, be accorded diplomatic privileges, immunities and facilities.

  • KEY OFFICIALS A. Key officials are essential to ensure maximum coordination and communication between the parties and the work being performed. They are:

  • Legal Authorities The CMPPA establishes procedural requirements for agencies to follow when engaging in computer-matching activities.

  • Freedom of Information Officer The Superintendent shall serve as the District's Freedom of Information Officer and assumes all the duties and powers of that office as provided in FOIA and this policy. The Superintendent may delegate these duties and powers to one or more designees, but the delegation shall not relieve the Superintendent of the responsibility for the action that was delegated.   • Relations Authority This Authority is an investigative body that operates in an informal way. It looks into the facts and makes a decision on the merits of the case and not on the legal technicalities. Either an employer or an employee can refer an unresolved employment relationship problem to the Authority by filing the appropriate forms. The Authority may call evidence, hold investigative meetings, or interview anyone involved. It can direct the parties to try mediation. If mediation is unsuitable or has not resolved the problem, the Authority will make a decision that is binding on all parties. Any party can contest the Authority’s decision through the Employment Court.
