Notification - Religious Holy Leave. (i) Employees required religious holy days shall, on an annual basis, provide written notice to the Agency on or before June 30. (ii) Employees commencing employment with the Agency at a time after June 30 and who require religious holy days, shall provide the Agency with written notice of their requirements within ten (10) working days of commencing active employment.
