Notification to a Bank. Before fi- nalizing any action to classify a Bank under this section, the Director shall provide a Bank written notice describ- ing the proposed action and an oppor- tunity to submit information that the Bank considers relevant to the pro- posed action in accordance with § 1229.12 of this subpart.
