Common use of Notification to City Clause in Contracts

Notification to City. Lessee agrees to promptly notify in writing City if it observes any needed maintenance to sidewalks, parking areas, trees or other items that the City is obligated to maintain under Section 9.B or any items other than those which the Lessee is obligated to maintain. Lessee may provide the written notification by e-mail to the Parks Division Manager. At the time of this Agreement, the email addresses for the Parks Division Manager is xxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
