Notification to City. User agrees to promptly notify in the City in writing if it observes any needed maintenance to sidewalks, parking areas, trees or other items that the City is obligated to maintain under Section 9.B or any items other than those which the User is obligated to maintain. User may provide the written notification by e-mail to the Parks Division Manager. At the time of this Agreement, the email addresses for the Parks Division Manager is xxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
