HEREBY agreed as follows : The Government hereby appoints the Consulting Architect to provide the professional architectural services for the Project subject to and in accordance with the Conditions of Engagement hereinafter set out and the Consulting Architect hereby accepts the appointment for the purpose of providing the professional services for the same subject to and in accordance with the Conditions of Engagement. This Memorandum of Agreement, the Conditions of Engagement and the Schedule to the Conditions of Engagement (hereinafter called “the Schedule”) shall together constitute the Agreement between the Government and the Consulting Architect. In consideration of the Consulting Architect providing the professional services required, the Government hereby agrees to pay the Consulting Architect in accordance with the Schedule.
