Performance indicators and targets The purpose of the innovation performance indicators and targets is to assist the University and the Commonwealth in monitoring the University's progress against the Commonwealth's objectives and the University's strategies for innovation. Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:
School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.
Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.
