Language of the Agreement The language of this Agreement shall be English and the parties hereby waive, and agree that this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable notwithstanding any requirement that it be written in or translated into any language other than English. If, for any reason, this Agreement is translated into a language other than English, the English language version shall be controlling for all purposes.

Complete Agreement; Governing Language This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Apple relating to the use of the Apple Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. Entirety of the Agreement The terms and conditions of this Agreement and any of the attachments expressly incorporated by reference in this Agreement embody the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto, and there are no other agreements and understandings, oral or written, with reference to the subject matter hereof that are not merged herein and superseded hereby. No alteration, change or modification of the terms of the Agreement shall be valid unless made in a writing signed by both parties hereto and approved by the District’s governing body, the elected School Board, or its designee pursuant to official board policy. Contractor acknowledges, that pursuant to the doctrine of sovereign immunity, any purported oral modification to this Agreement is unenforceable. Each party acknowledges participation in the negotiations and drafting of this Agreement and any modifications thereto, and that, accordingly, this Agreement will not be construed more stringently against one party than against the other. Contractor acknowledges, that pursuant to the doctrine of sovereign immunity, purported oral modifications are unenforceable against the District.
LANGUAGE OF BID The bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.
