NUMBER OF FOREMEN TO BE EMPLOYED ON A JOB. In computing the number of foremen to be employed pursuant to the provisions of this Article, all employees shall be counted by craft, whether they are plumbers, steamfitters, HVAC/Refrigeration, welders journeymen, apprentices or individuals in any other classification.
