Xxxxx of License Georgia Institute of Technology shall grant the Student a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use and occupy an assigned space in a Georgia Institute of Technology facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract (the “License”). The parties to this Contract do not intend that an estate, a tenancy or any other interest in property should pass from Georgia Institute of Technology to Student. Instead, it is the intention of the parties that the relationship between Georgia Institute of Technology and Student be that of licensor and licensee and the sole right of Student to use the assigned space as a living unit shall be based upon the License granted in this Contract.
TYPE OF LICENCE 1.1 This licence is an H4C TYPE LICENCE.
TERMS OF LICENSE The terms and conditions set forth in the Contract that are in effect and applicable to a Purchase Order at the time of order placement. kk. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE Any software that is developed independently of Contractor and which may be governed by a separate license.
Duration of licenses Licenses granted on a subscription basis expire at the end of the applicable subscription period unless renewed. Licenses granted for metered Products billed periodically based on usage continue as long as Customer continues to pay for its usage of the Product. All other licenses become perpetual upon payment in full.
Term of License The license granted to the Engineer by this article shall terminate at the end of the term specified in Article 2 of this contract.
Loss of Licence The Beneficiary ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains by a licence granted under section 8 of the Act or by a licence or SNRP granted or recognised under the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 (whether by revocation or otherwise) unless it is exempt from the requirement so to be authorised;
Scope of License The license granted to you for the Company application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Company application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating system, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor terms of service. Additional Licensing Requirements and or Use Rights a. Multiplexing. Multiplexing (sometimes referred to as “pooling”) is a manner of indirect hardware or software access (“indirect access”) that • pools connections, • reroutes information, • reduces the number of users that directly access or use the software, or • reduces the number of users the software directly manages. Any user accessing the ERP Solution through a multiplexed connection must be appropriately licensed with an Access License.

Xxxxx of License; Limitations The Engineer is granted a limited revocable non-exclusive license to use the registered TxDOT trademark logo (TxDOT Flying “T”) on any deliverables prepared under this contract that are the property of the State. The Engineer may not make any use of the registered TxDOT trademark logo on any other materials or documents unless it first submits that request in writing to the State and receives approval for the proposed use. The Engineer agrees that it shall not alter, modify, dilute, or otherwise misuse the registered TxDOT trademark logo or bring it into disrepute.
