Virtual Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 8.1.1.1 and 8.
Virtual Card means a non-physical Card, the use of which is limited to online, phone or mail order purchases and which cannot be used to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM or bank. Any reference to cash withdrawals or to a Physical Card in this Agreement excludes the Virtual Card.
Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.
Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;
Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.

Actual emissions means the actual rate of emissions in tpy of any regulated pollutant (for fee calculation) emitted from a Part 71 source over the preceding calendar year. Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
Data Processing Lease means any lease or licensing agreement, binding on the Failed Bank as of Bank Closing, the subject of which is data processing equipment or computer hardware or software used in connection with data processing activities. A lease or licensing agreement for computer software used in connection with data processing activities shall constitute a Data Processing Lease regardless of whether such lease or licensing agreement also covers data processing equipment.
Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;
Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;
