Per Processor definition

Per Processor is a Server Software licensing mode where you are licensed to utilize the Server Software on one or more physical or virtual processors within a designated Server.

Per Processor. Each Processor License allows an unlimited number of users to access the licensed product that is installed on that processor for products licensed through a per processor model. Examples of products licensed through a per processor model: Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics® ERP. At the end of three years, the agreement may be extended, at your option, for 12 months or the longest remaining customer agreement period, whichever period is shorter. You must request an extension at least 30 days before your agreement expires. You can only request an extension if you are not signing new customer agreements and need to provide software services beyond the end of the agreement to existing customer agreements. You will not be able to provide software services to any new customers or extend any existing customer agreements. You may terminate this agreement with 60 days prior written notice to Microsoft. Within 30 days of your agreement terminating or expiring, you are required to remove all copies of client software from your customers’ desktop PCs and ensure that your customers return or destroy all copies of client software.

Examples of Per Processor in a sentence

  • Hydrants may only be used for purposes of fire fighting or for other such beneficial purposes as may be decided by the Utilities Department.

  • If the Server Software is licensed on a Per Processor Use basis, then for each processor residing on the Server, a separate Per Processor use license must be purchased.

  • Bentley licenses Server Software on a Server/CAL basis with either Device or User CALs and/or on a Per Processor basis.

  • A Per Processor license will allow an unlimited number of Devices to accesses the services of the Server running the Server Software as long as a Per Processor license has been purchased, pursuant to the Order Form, License File, or License Certificate, for each processor running on the Server.

  • Under this Per Processor License Model, you do not need CALs for other devices to access your instances of the server software.

Related to Per Processor

  • Major processor means a user processing, handling, or manufacturing radioactive material exceeding Type A quantities as unsealed sources or material, or exceeding four times Type B quantities as sealed sources, but does not include nuclear medicine programs, universities, industrial radiographers, or small industrial programs. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;
