Cancellation, Renewal and Modification Subcontractor shall maintain in effect all insurance coverage required under this Subcontract at Subcontractor’s sole expense and with insurance companies acceptable to CH2M HILL. The policies shall contain a provision that coverage will not be canceled or non-renewed reduced in limits or coverage until at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice has been given to CH2M HILL.
