Number of Records. 1. VA/VHA will submit approximately 3 million records per year in a format SSA defines for the duration of this agreement.
2. SSA will provide a response record for each individual VA/VHA identifies. The total number of records will be equal to or lesser than the number of records submitted by VA/VHA. In some instances, an individual may have more than one record on file.
Number of Records. As frequently as daily, OPM will provide SSA, via the File Transfer Management System (FTMS), with the information necessary to identify those FERS survivor annuitants in a pending status for whom OPM needs the payment information. The daily requests will number an average of four.
Number of Records. On a monthly basis, approximately 151,361 records from the CA-DSS will be matched using DHS-USCIS’s VIS, which accesses more than 400 million records.
Number of Records. As frequently as daily, OPM will provide SSA, via the File Transfer Management System (FTMS), with the information necessary to identify those FERS disability annuitants in a pending status for whom OPM needs the payment information. The daily requests will number an average of 131. In addition, up to two times each month OPM will provide SSA with information identifying all disability annuitants in a pay status for whom OPM has no record of SSA payment. The monthly requests will number an average 18,644 records.
Number of Records. 1. The finder file SSA provides to Fiscal Service will contain approximately 10 million records of individuals for whom SSA requests data for the administration of the SSI program.
2. Fiscal Service will use files that contain approximately 185 million SSNs, with registration indexes, to match SSA records.
3. Fiscal Service will provide a response record providing matched results to SSA, which will contain approximately 1 million records.
Number of Records. The number of records for each program covered under this Agreement is equal to the number of VA delinquent federal debtors that are referred to CAIVRS in accordance with § III.A above. The numbers will fluctuate during the term of this Agreement, corresponding to the number of debtors added to, or deleted from, the databases of participating federal agencies. Number of Records. DOL’s monthly extract file will contain the necessary identifying and payment information for approximately 23,000 beneficiaries, all miners under age 65 entitled to receive Part C BL payments. SSA will match these DOL records against the MBR.
Number of Records. On a monthly basis, approximately 73,474 records from the TWC will be matched using DHS-USCIS’s VIS, which accesses more than 400 million records.
Number of Records. 1. OPM’s annual finder file will contain the necessary identifying information for approximately 130,000 individuals.
2. SSA’s annual matching response file will contain approximately 130,000 records corresponding to OPM’s finder file.
Number of Records. CMS will receive a bulk file from the Peace Corps every business day (five days/week). The file will contain data elements for all individuals currently covered by the Peace Corps Volunteer health care program and for Peace Corps Volunteers who left service within the last three months. The Peace Corps estimates that each file will contain data elements relevant to approximately 7,000 individuals.
