Numbers and Porting. Subject to the following requirements and limitations, 8x8 shall support number portability under applicable law for UCaaS Ordered SaaS Services that involve telephone numbers (including codes) that are provided to Customer by 8x8 or its Affiliate in connection with such Ordered SaaS Services (“8x8 Numbers”) or telephone numbers that are ported into 8x8 or its Affiliate by Customer in connection with such Ordered SaaS Services (“Ported-In Numbers”):

Numbers and Porting. Subject to the following requirements and limitations, SIPspace shall support number portability under applicable law for UCaaS Ordered SaaS Services that involve telephone numbers (including codes) that are provided to Customer by SIPspace or its Affiliate in connection with such Ordered SaaS Services (“SIPspace Numbers”) or telephone numbers that are ported into SIPspace or its Affiliate by Customer in connection with such Ordered SaaS Services (“Ported-In Numbers”):  Availability of Porting – In the US and Canada, portability is dependent upon the cooperation of third parties not under the control of SIPspace and applicable laws and regulations concerning the geographic relevance of local exchange area service, where applicable. Outside of the US and Canada, number portability may be unavailable (and thus Customer may not be able to port numbers into or out of SIPspace or its Affiliate when transferring service to or from SIPspace or its Affiliate) under certain circumstances (e.g., the absence of any porting agreement between SIPspace and the relevant carrier).
Numbers and Porting. All provisions of Section B (Numbers and Porting) of the Regional Terms shall apply to Ordered SaaS Services within the scope of this Supplement other than provisions expressly applicable to the US and/or Canada. 8x8 shall take reasonable steps to ensure transfer and activation of numbers is completed as soon as reasonably practicable in accordance with applicable Laws. Customer acknowledges technical and procedural requirements relating to number transfers may impact their timing, such as where 8x8 requires an agreement with another communications provider relating thereto. Customer may request a credit against its next bill for the period from the second business day after the confirmed transfer date through the number transfer completion date, which shall be in full and final settlement of any claim Customer may have against 8x8 or its Affiliates (present or future) relating to the delay, calculated as follows: [monthly charges for the Ordered SaaS Services for such number] times 12, divided by 365, times [number of days delayed until porting is complete]. Notwithstanding the foregoing any date change due to a delay in fulfilling the porting activation requirements shall not constitute a delay or abuse in porting and shall not give rise to a claim for compensation unless applicable Law provides otherwise.   • Identifying Number The Participant’s Social Security number will serve as the identification number of his or her Custodial Account. An employer identification number is required only for a Custodial Account for which a return is filed to report unrelated business taxable income. An employer identification number is required for a common fund created for IRAs.

  • Number and Gender Whenever the context so requires, the plural or singular shall include each other and the use of any gender shall include all genders.

  • Taxpayer Identification Numbers and Backup Withholding You agree that we may withhold taxes from any dividends or interest earned on your account as required by federal, state or local law or regulations. Your failure to furnish a correct Taxpayer Identification Number ("TIN") or meet other requirements may result in backup withholding. If your account is subject to backup withholding, we must withhold and pay to the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") a percentage of dividends, interest, and certain other payments. If you fail to provide your TIN within a reasonable time we will close your account and return the balance to you, less any applicable service fees.

  • Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • Numbers 6.1 O2 will allocate the Customer numbers for each ISDN Line. These will be the next available numbers in the number range and the Customer can not request memorable numbers. Up to 5 DDI ranges can be provided for each ISDN Line.

  • National Item Identification Number (NIIN) The number assigned to each approved Item Identification under the Federal Cataloging Program. It consists of nine numeric characters, the first two of which are the National Codification Bureau (NCB) Code. The remaining positions consist of a seven digit non-significant number.

  • Gender Words used herein regardless of the number and gender specifically used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and any other gender, masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context requires.

  • National Stock Number (NSN) The National Stock Number (NSN) for an item of supply consists of the applicable four-position Federal Supply Class (FSC) plus the applicable nine-position NIIN assigned to the item of supply.   • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times.
