Common use of Nurse Staffing Committee Clause in Contracts

Nurse Staffing Committee. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq. The composition of the NSC shall comport with RCW 70.41. Nurse members of the NSC shall be selected by unit‐based committees. Attendance at NSC will be considered paid time at the nurse’s regular rate of pay.
