Objective Job Evaluations. Section One. OJE Payline. Upon OJE implementation, and thereafter, bargaining unit classifications which have been evaluated pursuant to the Objective Job Evaluation process shall be assigned to pay grades based upon the “point to pay” relationship as reflected on the following schedule: Any classes coming into A&R that were not previously evaluated within A&R will be evaluated within one (1) year thereafter. Section Two. Date of Implementation. Those classification and individual adjustments which issue as a result of the Objective Job Evaluation process (and appeals there from) shall be implemented and compensated effective October 1, 1987.
