OBLIGATIONS OF SIGNATORIES. It is understood and agreed that Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx who is signing this Agreement on behalf of MANAGEMENT as agent and representative of MANAGEMENT hereby warrants and represents that s/he has the requisite authority as an agent and representative of MANAGEMENT to sign this Agreement on behalf of, and to bind MANAGEMENT.
OBLIGATIONS OF SIGNATORIES. It is understood and agreed that the representative of the EMPLOYER who signs this Agreement on behalf of the EMPLOYER as agent and representative of the EMPLOYER, hereby warrants and represents that he has the requisite authority as an agent and representative of the EMPLOYER to sign this Agreement on behalf of, and to bind the EMPLOYER.
OBLIGATIONS OF SIGNATORIES. It is understood and agreed that Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxx who is signing this Agreement on behalf of the OPERA THEATRE as agent and representative of the OPERA THEATRE hereby warrants and represents that he has the requisite authority as an agent and representative of the OPERA THEATRE to sign this Agreement on behalf of, and to bind the OPERA THEATRE.
OBLIGATIONS OF SIGNATORIES. It is understood and agreed that the signatories to this Agreement below hereby warrant and represent that they have the requisite authority to sign this Agreement on behalf of, and to bind, the EMPLOYER and AGMA.
OBLIGATIONS OF SIGNATORIES. Each Signatory to this Operating Agreement which was, or whose designating Party was, a party to the Interim Agreement shall pay, or shall be entitled to receive, the net amount of any sums due pursuant to the Special Agreement as of the date of entry into force of the Agreement, from or to such party, in its capacity as a signatory to the Special Agreement, or from or to its designated signatory to the Special Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that the WNO General Director who is signing this Agreement on behalf of MANAGEMENT as agent and representative of MANAGEMENT hereby warrants and represents that they have the requisite authority as an agent and representative of MANAGEMENT to sign this Agreement on behalf of, and to bind MANAGEMENT.
OBLIGATIONS OF SIGNATORIES. It is understood and agreed, that the General Director and CEO who is signing this Basic Agreement on behalf of the EMPLOYER as agent and representative of the EMPLOYER, hereby warrants and represents that they has the requisite authority as an agent and representative of the EMPLOYER to sign this Basic Agreement on behalf of and to bind the EMPLOYER.
