Obligations of the Client / Povinnosti Klienta. The Client shall use the Apartment for temporary accommodation. The Client shall use the Apartment and facilities responsibly, pursuant to the provisions herein. The Apartment is handed over to the Client in a good state of upkeep at the time and date specified. The inventory and the state of cleanliness of the Apartment will be verified at the time of the Client’s departure. Authorized representatives of the Accommodation Services Provider may enter the Apartment for housekeeping and maintenance purposes and to ensure due performance of this Agreement. Authorized representatives of the Accommodation Services Provider can also enter the Apartment for the purpose of showing it to other potential clients, however the Accommodation Services Provider or his representative shall arrange a time in advance with the Client for such showings. Upon departure, the Client must return the Apartment in a clean and orderly condition without damage. In the event of damage, the Client shall pay the costs for demonstrably incurred damages.
