Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator shall:
1. take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the activities of the project set out in this contract and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement concluded between the National Agency and the Coordinator;
2. notify and provide the Partner with any amendment made to the Agreement n° 2016-1-SK01-KA204- 022586 concluded with the National Agency;
3. define in conjunction with the Partner the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights;
4. comply with all the provisions of Agreement n° 2016-1-SK01-KA204-022586 binding the Coordinator to the National Agency.
Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator is obliged:
3.1. to take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in this contract and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement concluded between SAAIC - Slovak Academic Association for International Cooperation and the Coordinator;
3.2. to send to the Co-beneficiary a copy of the Agreement number 2021-1-SK01-KA220-SCH- 00027903 and its annexes concluded with SAAIC - Slovak Academic Association for International Cooperation, of the Financial and Contractual Rules, and in case of need the copy of the respective reports and other official documents concerning the project;
3.3. to notify and provide the Co-beneficiary with any amendment made to the Agreement number 2021-1-SK01-KA220-SCH-00027903 concluded with the SAAIC - Slovak Academic Association for International Cooperation;
3.4. to define in conjunction with the Co-beneficiary the role and rights and obligations of the parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights;
3.5. to comply with all the provisions of Agreement number 2021-1-SK01-KA220-SCH-00027903 binding the Coordinator to SAAIC - Slovak Academic Association for International Cooperation.
Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator shall undertake:
1. To take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in this Contract and in its appendices, in accordance with the objectives of the Action as set out in the Grant Agreement concluded between the Agency and the Coordinator representing all beneficiaries listed in Annex V of the Grant Agreement by virtue of the mandates;
2. To send to the Co-beneficiary a copy of the Grant Agreement and its annexes concluded with the Agency, of the Financial and Contractual Rules, of the various reports and of any other official document concerning the project;
3. To notify and provide the Co-beneficiary with any amendment made to the Grant Agreement concluded with the Agency; provided, however, that any amendments or changes to the Grant Agreement or any other agreement between the Coordinator and the Agency regarding the Action do not have binding effect for the Co-beneficiary unless the specific change or amendment has been explicitly accepted by the Co-beneficiary;
4. To comply with all the provisions of Grant Agreement binding the Coordinator to the Agency.
5. To act as intermediate between the Partners and the Agency and perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement
6. As the sole recipient of payments on behalf of all Beneficiaries, ensure that all the appropriate payments are made to the other Co-Beneficiaries without unjustified delay. All payments will be made by bank transfer and all appropriate evidence of the amounts transferred to each Co- Beneficiary will be kept for any checks and audits.
Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator shall undertake: to take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in this contract and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement concluded between the National Agency and the Coordinator; to send to the Partner Organisation a copy of the Agreement n° -[<project n°>] and its annexes, concluded with the National Agency, of the Financial and Contractual Rules, of the various reports and of any other official document concerning the project; to notify and provide the Partner with any amendment made to the Agreement n°-[<project n°>] concluded with the National Agency; to define in conjunction with the Partner the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights; to comply with all the provisions of Agreement n°-[<project n°>] binding the Coordinator and Beneficiaries to the National Agency. The Partner Organisation shall undertake: to take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in this contract and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement n°-[<project n°>] concluded between the National Agency and the Coordinator; to comply with all the provisions of Agreement n° -[<project n°>] binding the Coordinator to the National Agency; to communicate to the Coordinator any information or document required by the latter that is necessary for the management of the project; to accept responsibility for all information communicated to the Coordinator, including details of costs claimed and, where appropriate, ineligible expenses; to define in conjunction with the Coordinator the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights.
Obligations of the Coordinator. 1.1. to take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in this contract and its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement concluded between the Czech National Agency and the Coordinator;
1.2. to send to the Co-beneficiary a copy of the Agreement No. 2021-1-CZ01-KA220-HED- 000023177 and its annexes concluded with the National Agency, of the Financial and Contractual Rules, of the various reports, and of any other official document concerning the project;
1.3. to notify and provide the co-beneficiary with any amendment made to the Agreement n° 2021- 1-CZ01-KA220-HED-000023177 concluded with the Czech National Agency;
1.4. to define in conjunction with the Co-beneficiary the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights;
1.5. to comply with all the provisions of Agreement No. 2021-1-CZ01-KA220-HED-000023177 binding the Coordinator to the Czech National Agency.
Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator must:
1. take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage and monitor the work programme set out in this contract and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement concluded between the National Agency and the Coordinator;
2. send to the Beneficiary a copy of various reports and of any other official documents concerning the project;
3. notify and provide the Beneficiary with any amendment made to the Agreement n° 2020- 1-RS01-KA204-065418 concluded with the National Agency;
4. define in conjunction with the Beneficiary the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights;
5. comply with all the provisions of Agreement n° 2020-1-RS01-KA204-065418 binding the Coordinator and the National Agency.
Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator shall:
3.1. take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set aut in this Agreement and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set aut in the Grant Agreement 2020-1-CZ01-KA226-HE- 094424 concluded between the Executive Agency and the Coordinator;
3.2. provide the Partner with copies of all documents and its annexes relevant for Project realization and carrying aut Partner obligations in accordance with this Agreement. These documents shall be provided in English;

3.4. fulfil all of its obligations towards the Executive Agency in accordance with Annex I of this Agreement.

3.2. to send to the Co-beneficiary a copy of the Agreement No. 2021-1-CZ01-KA220-HED- 000032237 and its annexes concluded with the National Agency, of the Financial and Contractual Rules, of the various reports and of any other official document concerning the project;
3.3. to notify and provide the co-beneficiary with any amendment made to the Agreement n° 2021- 1-CZ01-KA220-HED-000032237concluded with the Czech National Agency;
3.4. to define in conjunction with the Co-beneficiary the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights;
3.5. to comply with all the provisions of Agreement No. 2021-1-CZ01-KA220-HED-000032237 binding the Coordinator to the Czech National Agency.
Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator shall undertake: to take all the steps necessary to prepare for, perform and correctly manage the work programme set out in this contract and in its annexes, in accordance with the objectives of the project as set out in the Agreement concluded between the National Agency and the Coordinator; to send to the Partner a copy of the Agreement n° 2017-xxxxx and its annexes concluded with the National Agency, of the Financial and Contractual Rules, of the various reports and of any other official document concerning the project; to notify and provide the Partner with any amendment made to the Agreement n° 2017-xxxxx concluded with the National Agency; to define in conjunction with the Partner the role and rights and obligations of the two parties, including those concerning the attribution of the intellectual property rights; to comply with all the provisions of Agreement n° 2017-xxxxx binding the Coordinator to the National Agency.
Obligations of the Coordinator. The Coordinator agrees to comply with the regulations applicable to this Agreement and, specifically:
a) to monitor the implementation of the action to ensure that it is done in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement;
b) to act as an intermediary for all communications between beneficiaries and the Commission;
c) make available to the Partners all the information necessary for the exact execution of the activity, subject to the obligation of secrecy;
d) to submit periodic scheduled reports and send at the end of each reporting period reports and other requests of the NA;
e) to transfer the financial contribution to the Partners in the time and amount provided for in this Agreement and on the basis of the Progress Reports submitted and accepted;
f) provide all documents necessary for controls and audits initiated prior to payment of the balance or documents necessary for evaluation. The Coordinator may not subcontract any part of its duties to other grantees or third parties.
