Observance of Christmas Eve. When December 25 falls on Saturday, Thursday shall be observed as the Eve of the holiday in question. When December 25 falls on Sunday, Friday, shall be observed as the Eve of the holiday in question. When December 25 falls on Monday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the Eve of the holiday in question.
