Obstructions of Light or View; Closures. 12.2.1. If at any time any windows of the Building are temporarily darkened, bricked up or the light, air or view therefrom is obstructed (a) on a temporary basis by reason of any repairs, improvements or maintenance in or about the Building or on a permanent basis by reason of a requirement of law or (b) by reason of any structure that may be erected on lands in the vicinity of the Building, the same shall be without liability to Landlord and without any reduction or diminution of Tenant's obligations under this Lease and shall not be deemed to constitute an eviction.

Obstructions of Light or View; Closures. If at any time (a0 any windows of the Building or the Unit (including the Premises) are temporarily darkened, or the light, air or view therefrom is obstructed temporarily by reason of any repairs, improvements, maintenance or cleaning in or about the Building or permanently by reason of a requirement of Law or the construction of any structure that may be erected on lands in the vicinity of the Building or (b) any part of the Building, other than the Premises and any part of the Building required for reasonable access to the Premises or required for Landlord to perform any of its obligations hereunder, is temporarily or permanently closed or inoperable, the same shall be without liability to Landlord or the Board of Managers and without any reduction or diminution of Tenant's obligations under this Lease and shall not be deemed to constitute an eviction, except to the extent such obstruction and/or closure prevents Tenant from reasonably conducting its business at the Premises. To the extent such is within Landlord's control, Landlord covenants to use all reasonable efforts to (or to cause the Board of Managers to) minimize any such obstruction or closure and to minimize any interference with the conduct of Tenant's business at the Premises.

  • Obstructions The Tenant shall not obstruct or place anything in or on the sidewalks or driveways outside the Building or in the lobbies, corridors, stairwells or other Common Areas of the Building, or use such locations for any purpose except access to and exit from the Premises without the Landlord’s prior written consent. The Landlord may remove at the Tenant’s expense any such obstruction or thing (unauthorized by the Landlord) without notice or obligation to the Tenant.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner [shall/shall not] transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-­‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.
