PolyMet will cause Computershare to deliver to Glencore, as soon as is practicable following the Rights Offering Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Shares duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including (without limitation) those Shares subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege, and accordingly the number of Standby Shares for which Glencore must subscribe pursuant to Section 2.3 of this Schedule 2.
Obtaining of Report. It will cause CIBC Mellon Trust Company to deliver to the Standby Purchaser, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Rights duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including those Rights subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
Obtaining of Report. The Company will cause Computershare Investor Services Inc. to deliver to the Company, as soon as is practicable following the Rights Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Rights Shares duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including (without limitation) those subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
Obtaining of Report. It will cause Computershare Investor Services Inc. to deliver to the Standby Purchaser, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Units duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including (without limitation) those Units subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
Obtaining of Report. It will cause the Agent to deliver to the Standby Purchasers, promptly upon request during the pendency of the Rights Offering and, in any event, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Units duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including (without limitation) those Units subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.

It will cause the Subscription Receipt Agent to deliver to the Standby Purchaser, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, but in any event before the Closing Date, details concerning the total number of Rights duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including those Rights subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
Obtaining of Report. CDB will, or will cause its transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company of Canada to, deliver to the Standby Purchaser, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Rights Shares duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including those Rights Shares subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.

It will cause its transfer agent, Olympia Transfer Services Inc., to deliver to the Standby Purchasers, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Common Shares duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including (without limitation) those Common Shares subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
Obtaining of Report. The Issuer will cause Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as subscription agent, to deliver to the Purchaser, promptly upon request during the pendency of the Rights Offering and, in any event, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Common Shares duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including those Common Shares subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
