Obtaining of TENDER documents. (a) The tender documents can be obtained by making payment of Rs 500/- in cash or by way of Demand draft drawn in favor of RBI, Lucknow payable at Lucknowfrom Estate Department during office hours on any working day from the scheduled time and date as referred to in Clause No. 1.2

  • Tender Documentation 1. A procuring entity shall promptly make available or provide on request to any interested supplier tender documentation that includes all information necessary to permit the supplier to prepare and submit a responsive tender. Unless already provided in the notice of intended procurement, that tender documentation shall include a complete description of:

  • Paper documents Any paper records must be protected by storing the records in a Secure Area which is only accessible to authorized personnel. When not in use, such records must be stored in a Secure Area.

  • Clarification of Bidding Documents 10.1 The prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Employer in writing or by cable (hereinafter the term cable is deemed to include telex, email and facsimile) at the Employer’s mailing address indicated in the Bidding Data.
