Occasional drivers. 2.11 To the extent not specifically defined herein, the definition of any term, word or phrase found in this Policy shall be as set forth in the Oklahoma Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act.
Occasional drivers. All occasional drivers must cooperate with the district by providing a copy of their valid driver license to the Transportation Department. The Transportation Department shall maintain the driver license database and shall include these occasional drivers in their regular search of records. No occasional driver shall be permitted to utilize a county-owned vehicle if the driving history reveals a total of more than eight (8) points assessed against the driver in any 12-month period within three (3) years of the record search or a DUI conviction within the seven-year period preceding the record search.
