Occupancy and Safety Certificates. The Academy Board shall: (i) ensure that all physical facilities comply with all fire, health and safety standards applicable to schools; and (ii) possess the necessary occupancy and safety certificates. The Academy Board shall not conduct classes at any site until the Academy has complied with this Section 11.10. Copies of these certificates shall be incorporated into the Schedules.
