OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MATTERS. PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH SAFETY ISSUES OR INCIDENTS 54.1.1 the election of HSRs; and/ or 54.1.2 an occupational health and safety committee. The Employer, Employees, Employee HSRs and the Union agree that, for the purposes of section 81 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) (WHS Act), matters about work health and safety arising at the workplace will be resolved in accordance with this procedure. The parties agree that for the purposes of this procedure and section 81(3) of the WHS Act, the following persons will be the representatives of the following parties (collectively referred to as the “Nominated Parties”): 54.3.1 the Principal Contractor (as defined under the WHS Act) – Site Manager or any other person nominated by the Principal Contractor;
