4. Pre–bid Meeting A Pre-Bid meeting shall be held as per the date and time mentioned in Section III - Data Sheet. Xxxxxxx willing to attend the pre-bid should inform the employer beforehand in writing and email. The maximum no. of participants, who chose to attend the pre-bid meeting, shall not be more than two per bidder. The representatives attending the pre-bid meeting must carry an authority letter duly signed by the authorised signatory of his/her organisation permitting the representatives to attend the pre-bid meeting on behalf of the respective bidder. During the course of Pre-Bid Meeting, the Applicants will be free to seek clarifications and make suggestions for consideration by the Employer. The Employer will endeavour to provide clarifications and such further information as it may, in its sole discretion, consider appropriate for facilitating a fair, transparent and competitive selection process.
