The requirement to sign in and out will be applied to bargaining unit employees on department wide basis. If a department elects to introduce a sign in and sign out requirement for bargaining unit employees, the Union will be advised in Staff Planning prior to the introduction of the requirement. The Hospital will endeavour to distribute overtime on an equitable basis, subject to availability. Where uniforms are required, the Hospital shall either supply and launder uniforms or provide a uniform allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year, effective November in a lump sum payment in the first pay period of November of each year.
