A change of schedule shall be said to occur when an employ- ee’s starting or stopping time is altered by eight (8) hours or more (8 hour shift of one-fifth schedule), or twelve (12) hours or more (12 hour shift schedule), or his days off changed, but shall not include the regular rotation from one shift to another nor hold and call.
